5. All sales are final once an order has been placed, except as specified in our Refund Policy below.

4. Refund Policy & Guarantees

1. We offer refunds only in cases where we are unable to deliver the service as described or within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours from purchase, unless specified otherwise for specific services).
2. No refunds will be issued if your account/profile is set to private, if the link provided is incorrect, or if the content is deleted/removed after the order is placed.
3. Some services may come with a refill guarantee for a specified period (e.g., 30-day refill). If a significant drop occurs within this period, please contact our support, and we will replenish your order. This guarantee does not apply if your account violates platform terms, is suspended, or if you purchase similar services from other providers simultaneously.
4. Refund requests must be made via our contact page or email within 7 days of purchase if service was not delivered.
5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.

5. User Obligations

1. You must ensure your social media account/profile is public when placing an order and throughout the delivery period.
2. You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
